Practice Marketing Game

PRACTICE MARKETING GAME

The McGraw-Hill Practice Marketing Game (PMG) is an interactive computer business simulation. PSE teams from across the country will compete directly against each other for cash prizes and recognition at the 2020 National Convention in Norfolk, VA.

PSE members will play the role of marketing decision-makers for a small backpack company. Teams must choose a promising market segment and design a backpack. The goal is to match the backpack’s style, attributes, and special features to the preferences of their chosen market segment.

Teams will analyze sales results, collect information on competitors, and refine product, price, place, and promotion strategies in order to maximize profits and become the market leader. Every week, teams will make new decisions and adjustments to their original plans and will have eight weeks to prove that they are the market leaders!
