Bankers Life

With a history dating back 130 years, Bankers Life has been helping individuals and families protect their financial security and prepare for retirement. Our customers have their own dedicated agent who takes the time to get to know their family, listens to their needs and values, and is dedicated to helping them meet their goals. As you prepare to transition from campus to career, you’re likely looking for an opportunity to put your education to work while making a difference in the world around you.

If that’s the case, consider a career as an Insurance Agent to learn the industry from the ground up while impacting the lives of your clients. As an independent contractor, you will build a client base through our exceptional leads system and manage your own business, all while enjoying the support of a national sales organization and leadership team.

We strive to reward your achievements with competitive compensation, bonuses and other incentives. You will earn commissions on the products you sell with no cap on annual earnings. Most products offer renewal compensations throughout the life of the policy, which helps you build your income over time.  Plus, for recent college graduates, there has never been a better time than NOW to launch your career!

New insurance agents in our Graduate Agent Program can earn up to $3,500 in production-based bonuses during their Successful New Agent (SNA) period. In addition, GAP insurance agents are also eligible to receive up to $200 towards insurance license reimbursement when they reach a minimum of SNA 3K during their SNA period!

Making a difference in your community.  Uncapped income.  And the Graduate Agent Program.

There’s just one question left to ask – are you IN?
