Meet chapter leaders from across the country to share ideas and solutions

Get in-depth recruitment training to grow your membership

Explore Milwaukee, Wisconsin with fellow college students and create long-term relationships

Join the elite group of PSE Chapter Presidents, Vice Presidents of Human Resources, and other leaders to gain insight on how to effectively grow your chapter.  Attendees will have the opportunity to ask chapters from around the country about best practices, listen to guest speakers, learn from the experienced Headquarters Staff, and be challenged to become a more successful leader.

2 student representatives from each chapter and their Faculty Advisor are invited.

Students: PSE will provide for your hotel at the Hampton Inn Friday and Saturday (arrangements will be made on your behalf), dinner on Friday night and lunch and dinner on Saturday. The hotel provides a continental breakfast.

Can’t go? It is highly encouraged that a representative attends from every chapter. Presidents who are unavailable that weekend should be proactive in finding someone in the chapter that can make it. This event sets up your chapter for a successful year and is a one of a kind event.

Flights should be booked to arrive at the General Mitchell Airport in Milwaukee, WI on Friday and depart on Sunday. You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the hotel.

This weekend is going to be unlike any Retreat we have ever had! This event will be packed with interactive training that will teach you how to sell PSE and overcome objections.
PSE will provide you with notepads and pens. There is no need to bring your laptop, as this training will have you interacting with your peers and participating throughout the whole weekend.

Friday: Presentable Letters – no cut offs or basketball shorts
Saturday: Bring dress pants to wear with the black PSE polo you will be given on Friday. (See photo above)
If you are choosing to go out on Saturday night, bring non-PSE branded clothing.

If you have not already, you need to fill out the Style Assessment that was emailed to you. Print out your results or save them on your phone. Click here if you have not filled it out yet.

When you arrive at the hotel, tell the front desk your name and they will give you a key to your preassigned room. You will be rooming with someone from another school that you may not have met before. Be sure to respect your roommate and get to know them!

  • Attending President's Retreat was the single best thing that I could have done for my chapter. We are at a make or break point and I feel that attending this Retreat gave me the tools necessary to elevate my chapter to the next level. I cannot wait to get back to campus and share everything that I have learned with my members.

    Taylor Jennings, DePaul University
  • The PSE presidents retreat is an excellent opportunity for students to join together and share ideas as well as work collaboratively to solve problems. It provided me with extensive information that will help my chapters executive board catapult our members into a successful career as an elite professional.

    Sarah Cook, Kent State University
  • President's Retreat completely opened my eyes and took anxieties off my shoulders for the upcoming semester. I came out of the weekend with a complete new outlook on Pi Sigma Epsilon as a national organization and with so many new ideas to implement in my chapter. I am a much stronger leader and person because of what I learned at this conference and it was one of the best experiences of my collegiate career.

    Caitlin Rutten, Appalachian State University
  • It's a great way to understand the value of PSE and to received the motivation it takes to have such a high position. I would recommend it for any future presidents that wish to leave a legacy for their chapter.

    Jake Rahn, Southern Illinois University
