The Retail Banking Development Program (RBDP) Trainee is an entry-level branch sales and customer service role, on a rigorous, defined learning path to the Retail Relationship Banker role and other successive roles in the future (Small Business Banking Officer, Premier Banker, Customer Experience Manager, Bank Manager). During the course of the training period, the RBDP Trainee is expected to provide personal banking branch customers with clear information, execute basic transactions, and provide guidance about their financial needs and goals, resulting in outcomes that define great customer experience.

The Retail Banking Development Program (RBDP) Summer Internship Trainee is an entry-level branch customer service role, on a rigorous, defined learning path to the full-time Retail Banking Development Program. During the course of the summer internship, the RBDP Summer Intern is expected to provide personal banking branch customers with clear information, execute basic transactions, and provide guidance about their financial needs and goals, resulting in outcomes that define great customer experience.
