Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE) is the only national co-ed professional fraternity for sales, marketing, and sales management. We currently have over 65 chapters nation-wide and, with the recent rapid expansion in sales programs around the country, we are expanding fast. PSE offers students a national affiliation that has benefits far beyond what a local group would be able to take advantage of by itself. Through PSE, students can gain real world experience while networking with other students and companies from around the country.

- The Pi Sigma Epsilon Headquarters Team wants to be a part of your chapter’s growth and success. We are always available if any student wants to talk about a project, issue within the chapter or if the chapter has future goals, we would love to help plan how to achieve them. We can offer insight from an outsider’s point of view with the experience of being a member and a professional.
- Our Regional Conferences and National Convention are one of a kind. Planning these events are a year-round task that we take on to provide attendees with an unforgettable experience. Students can compete against other schools in our National Awards Program and Scholarship Program. Competitions include: Top Chapter, Top Marketing Project, Top Management team and more. We are the only professional business fraternity that offers this opportunity. A great incentive to get involved is not only professional development, but the chance to take home some of the $50,000+ we give away in scholarships and prizes. Many of those that attend these events say that the National Convention is the greatest experience in their entire college career.
- Pi Sigma Epsilon does not stop when a student graduates college. There is a large group of professional alumni that share the same background and experiences. We have established social media groups where members from all across the country are available for networking. Alumni are invited to attend our National Convention and receive updates about new programs, job opportunities, and more. Pi Sigma Epsilon is a family, no matter what school you graduated from.
- It is with our corporate partners that we give the biggest advantage. Not only do our partners support students financially through funding of national programming and many scholarships, but they provide insight and updates on the latest trends in the industries. Best of all, they hire our members!!
The best example of partners helping students is in our signature event: the Pro-Am Sell-a-Thon®. The primary purpose of the year-long competition is to train and develop students in all aspects of the B2B sales process, not just in preparing them to make one sales call. The year-long approach also emphasizes that the pursuit of sales excellence is a journey, not a destination. This is an all day event that we hold at our regional and national levels. Students spend the morning reviewing the selling technique and the B2B sales process. Then, they are paired up with a sales professional who coaches them and helps them prepare for their 10 minute B2B sales call. Each year, well over 100 students take part in the competition!
Besides the Pro-Am Sell-A-Thon, each year PSE hosts its National Awards Competition, which gives our chapters the opportunity to showcase their work while competing against each other various categories, including Top Sales Project, Top Marketing Project, Top Service Project, and overall Top Chapter Awards, as well as in additional business simulation contests like the BOSS Games, sponsored by Northwestern Mutual, and the National Speakers Competition, sponsored by Enterprise. Additionally, the National Scholarship Program gives away over $50,000 each year in both merit- and need-based awards.
The Pi Sigma Epsilon National Convention
It’s not all about the competitions though, because at our National Convention we offer many workshops, speakers, and our marketplace career fair that brings in over 50 companies that attend the convention with the sole purpose of hiring students that very day!
